I can't walk or put my weight on my foot when this happens. I can't feel anything and when it goes it is like I thawed out
The opposite is my feet are painful that I can't walk, my balance is all messed up and it lasts for a while. I am sitting proper, my feet or legs are not dangling or I am… read more

Sometimes I cannot walk but not from your situation. It just hurts from my hips down to my feet and I cannot tolerate standing up or walking. Lyrica made me have depression. I was on Bextra once but it has been take off the market. It was wonderful.

Another idea. Make sure you taking enough magnesium. And you do not have to take them all at once. Actually, split your doses. I take 600 in the morning and 800 right before I go to bed. And before bed, do some really good stretches of your legs , ankles and feet. Spend a minimum of 10, I do 30. And if you are able to, Epsom salt bath 1 cup. The magnesium you will absorb during the warm bath may help the pain and discomfort, the swelling and coldness and well as help you sleep. When you sleep at night, elevate your lower legs and feet, cropped up on SOFT pillows, not too high just enough to lay above your heart. That is my routine. Ever since then, I haven't had any RLS or swelling in my feet and ankles. No more pain, no more coldness. I use all natural to treat my Fibro, hypothyroid, menopause, rheumatoid, celiac and Addison's. Ever since I stopped the Cymbalta and Lyrica and Gabapien and switched to integrated medicine, I feel so so much better. 40 pills a day but I would take a thousand to feel like this. Good luck.

I have numbness in my feet and they are painful to walk on a lot. Mostly when I first get up from sitting and always at the end on the day . I have not found anything that helps me with this yet. I'm still searching!
