many of the anti-migraine drugs cause vasoconstriction of the cerebral blood vessels , I ended up using topirimate, also called topamax. 150 for neuropathic pain and headaches and now experience very few of either with no weight gain.

I used to take Periactin (children's antihistamine). Now that's I'm gluten free, the migraines are gone.

I have what my doctor calls TIA migraines. My whole right side goes tingly and numb. Triptans up your stroke risk that is why I need to stop taking them . @A MyFibroTeam Member

I take Imitrex tabs for my migraines. Helps a lot!!

Sumatriptan works for me... Hope you find something that suits you as migraines are so debilitating.
