Do any of you feel that you are taking too many medications and they may be contributing to your fatigue?

I am so sick of popping pills that don't work. If they do it's because it's a muscle relaxer or narcotic and it works VERY briefly. It seems like it's a low threshold for pain and high tolerance to medication. After a few times of taking it I might as well be eating a skittle!

I take Tizanadine too because I have lots of tension in my neck and shoulders which results in Tension Headaches. I am how ever going to try and come off most my meds because ive lost a lot of weight and that has help my Fibro a lot.

Tizanadine is the muscle relaxer I take and it works the best for me especially at night. I have TMJ and it help me relax my jaw at night so I'm not grinding and clenching my teeth. Without it, I wake up with severe headaches and jaw pain.

Yes, I don't know which ones are actually helping or hurting me anymore. If you get a muscle relaxer that helps more than others it would be your best bet. Personally Zanaflex seems to work the best.
