Medication Options Whilst Trying To Conceive
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question πŸ’

Hi I'm in the uk, so might be a little different from the states... I was wondering what medications are ok for women trying to conceive. I'm not trying yet but hope to be in the not too distant future... My rheumy prescribed meds that can poss cause birth defects, so my gp advised against... Does anyone know of a list of or specific meds that are safe for pregnancy? I'm a pretty typical case of fibro symptom-wise... Many thanks :)

I totally understand your fear. You will make the right decision that's right for you. Don't fear for yourself or your baby.

I don't know of any but the prescribed vitamins and being pregnant made me feel better than I have ever felt.

Honestly... I kept thinking that because I have fibromyalgia my body just wasn't allowing me to get pregnant. I'm only on Cymbalta so that cant be the problem.... I guess I'm just not meant to have any more. πŸ₯ΊπŸ˜ž
