I have read some very negative reviews. I think it is being overly hyped and personally do not trust it.

just so you all know that the vitamines i take are gluten free.i have celiac and have struggled with that as well due to when i was diagnosed. spring valley or nature made is the brands i use.i find them at walmart...

Oh really, haven't heard that, but I taken the syrup alot when I had pneumonia. I didn't realize if it helped or not, I was coughing so much.

It's like the one I'm talking about. It's in cough syrups. I have heard it helps fibro
