Tumeric For Inflamination
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I read how the herb tumeric has great anti inflammatory properties . Has any one tried it? I'm currently using a supplement that contains tumeric along with other anti inflammatory herbs specific to helping Fibro patients. I do find some stomach issues, wondering if anyone else has tried any long term use with any luck?

I have heard the same and am trying it as well. I have not been on it long enough to know if it helps. Still having alot of joint discomfort. But I know things take a while to do their job!

I don't take turmeric. I don't believe you are suppose to take that when you have high blood pressure, which I do. I do take many other supplements.

Yes, I use it as well! I like natural better than all the pills they give us.

Yes I take turmeric and it helps. On days when I forget I am much more sore. I take a bromelain/turmeric combo.
