I have bone spurs in numerous joints but the ones in my neck and spine give me the most difficulty. I am curious as to how other people have theirs treated. If you don't mind sharing, I don't mind reading !

I have about 7 bone spurs in my neck and arthritis eating up my left hip and some in my right hip and back.
it wasn't too much of an issue until I had a bad traffic accident. It's aweful now - brings me to tears alot. I use a5% lidocaine patch and I cut it up into pieces and put on my neck and hip daily. It helps. The last 3 days my neck but especially my hip hurt so much I can barely stand it. Robb's original rub also helps. I am on Cybalta and Amintriptylene for FM and Arthritis - they help but not enough and I dont want any more drugs. I go see my doctor on Wed and will try to get a handicap placard so I don't have to walk too far. I hope you find some help.
