I have had severe pain in my thumbs to the point the Dr's have given me injections in them with very short-term relief and now because of the injects the thumb joints are crumbling

Yes, not everyday, but fairly common. When I’m on the computer I’ve had it happen when it goes through my arm and hand and the mouse shoots out!
The fibro pain is overlayed with this sensation. I went to dr, and blood pressure is high. 140/90. I’m always in the 120’s 70’s. Is this high blood pressure sensation? I have NO insurance, and now my primary care dr is sending me to a neurologist. I can’t afford wild goose chases, any thoughts anyone. Thank you for any answers.
