I have had severe pain in my thumbs to the point the Dr's have given me injections in them with very short-term relief and now because of the injects the thumb joints are crumbling

Yes that's what cortisone injections do, they wear away the soft tissue. I used to have injections in my wrist and it wore away the soft tissue. Eventually I had a styloidectomy
tendon surgery which helped. I didn't spell the procedure correctly.

When Holding Hands, "OUT," Both Thumbs Are ALL-THE-WAY DOWN! When Turning Hands Over, The Thumb Joints Are Protruding INWARD!
I Have Taken Pictures With A *Tiny-Size Camera, FOR YEARS! My Thumbs Go Directly UNDER Camera, TO HOLD. This Should NOT Have Caused Such In My Thumbs. And, *YES! They Hurt.
