So the fibromyalgia diet hasn't changed my symptoms at all. I've been on it for 6 months. My dr wants me to try the low carb diet. Less than 20 carbs per day. Has anyone tried the low carb diet? Did it help your symptoms?

Hubby and I are taking my rheumatologist's advice and moving from Seattle to Las Vegas. The barometric pressure is much much more stable there and I understand that I will feel much better there. I am looking for a rheumatologist in the Las Vegas area to take over my care - does anyone out there have any recommendations? We will arrive there later this week. I will also be looking for a pain doc but figure the rheumatologist will be able to refer me. Thanks everyone!
Thanks!
I will be watching this documentary on Netflix; however, I wish people would stop telling me that I need to watch it. They are like, if anybody needs to watch it, I do😩 Really? These same people barely check on me and never ask me about fibromyalgia and how I deal with it currently. Have you experienced this?

Is anyone here vegan? I have been vegetarian for years and had a few unsuccessful attempts at veganism. The list of things i cant eat is growing so i just wondered if anyone was vegan and could say how it affected fibro. Thanks x
I’m a vegetarian and it’s hard especially when you go out to eat x
