I am becoming phobic about blood pressure readings. The cuff apparently causes a surge in Adrenalin from pain detection by our hyper vigilant nervous system. I have had readings of 220 / 120 routinely. Before Fibromyalgia my BP was always extremely low. It becomes extremely painful very quickly as the health carer keeps pumping up the pressure to get the last beat. I'm learning so much in this thread. I've been trying desperately to figure out the frequent UTI's and kidney stones, not to mention EXCRUCIATING Dysuria.😢
I really overdid it the past couple of days, and now I am couch bound. I don't have time for this! I woke up in major pain today, the worst being my back. I moved the wrong way to, and now have a spasm in my back and can barely move! I need a quick fix to resolve this....anyone have any ideas?

I am curious if anyone has fibromyalgia, clinical depression, anxiety, DGD, bulging discs and has been approved for disability. Or any of above-mentioned conditions.
Looking for people who do not have any other conditions.

By this I mean.. Sometimes when I'm really tired I stumble about, bump into things and can't focus my eyes. It's like I'm absolutely steaming drunk but I'm 100% sober!! :-/
Yes, I have been feeling like that a lot today. And I have been really dehydrated.
For the last 3 weeks I have had a bad headache/migraine. Doing research I found headaches are a symptom of fibro. I have been taking ibuprofen and alternating Tylenol every 6 hours. Is there anyone else who suffers with headaches and what do you take to stop them? Thanks, Lynda
I do and I try a lil of everything. Watch taking ibuprofen it will mess your gut up. Ice on the neck and I do forehead. I lock myself in a dark room and stay until it goes away
