"Hot" Spots

Does anyone have areas on their skin that are so sensitive that even soft material hurts it. The area may be as small as 4-5 inches to an entire hip. Doesn't last but a day or so, then it either goes away or moved to another area. I struggle with it a lot.

Yes I find that I bruise easily and am always finding bruises on myself especially on my legs and arms but can find them all over. I even find my fingers (on palm side) bruise.

Do You Ever Get So Fatigued And Drained Physically That You Are Too Tired To Have Feelings?

Eg I don’t care about some decisions
OR I just don’t feel connected to people as strongly as usual
OR I’m upset but too tired to cry

It seems to gappen in a fibro crash that I feel so little for things and it doesn’t feel like sadness but pure exhaustion.

Does anyone else suffer from red hot cheeks, one or both at a time?
I’ve had this regularly for many years and never had an answer for this. It’s not a hot flush as my whole face goes red and sweaty, this is very different. It can last for many hours and is burning hot to the touch. My GP was fairly dismissive of this but had no answer either. Any thoughts and advice? Thanks Fx

I have the same, for decades. Includes my upper, outer arms. Hot and Red. I lost a cousin to Lupus. What ever I have, I am ready to go home. Something to look forward to. Lol
