I have Fibromyalgia & Mixed Connective Tissue Disease
I get brain fog when I am over stimulated, stressed or have too much on my plate. It helps to slow down or break things into smaller tasks, or at times, set boundaries and just stop.
Does anyone have issues where popping the atlas from the axis (like cracking a knuckle) seems to releave pain, but at times when popping the bone from the socket sends a quick flash of throbbing pain from the socket down the skull to the neck & shoulders.

Because of my sensitive nerves, I recently found that certain types of relaxation music stimulate different areas of the brain and I can feel it! Hey Cindy. I can't say I just have fibro, but everything else I have co-exists with fibro. IBS, anxiety and MDD.
I was told two years ago My doctor ordered a ANA test which came back a low positive. Was referred to a rheumatologist and he told me that I have fibromyalgia.
