I found something that has helped with the patch on my left leg. It is a lotion called mint bliss, made @A MyFibroTeam Member kay makeup. Really helps.
Lately my Fibro has been at a peak and I've been relying a lot on warm water bottles and things alike. However I've now developed toasty skin syndrome and should probably not use them for a bit. Any good advice or alternatives?
I had it. It is skin discoloration from using the heating pad all the time and I had it on high. It went away when I stopped using it for awhile. I try not to let it get too hot…
Hi! I'm being followed for possible lupus (to go with my fibro), but I read (on the link below) that people with fibro also can get a lacy type rash from sun exposure, and not just people with lupus. I've had blood test twice now in the past 2 years for Lupus. I get a red rash/flushing on my face chest and upper arms. No where else, I've been told that it's rosacea as the blood test came back normal. But had to have my antibiotics changes for something else which says people who have SLE shouldn't take. I broke out in rash and red and at times itched. Went to dr and took me off that kind of meds. Worked

How many ppl are using cbd oil and how are you using it. I have seen many ways of this use and quite not understand how others are using it. I am vaping with it and it gets me thru work with anxiety and pain and has seem to be helping with nausea and headaches..
