I've always seemed to have fast growing nails and hair compared to other people I know that I have to cut mine more often, which is annoying for me. Anyone know why this happens, my mom always wishes her hair and nails grew like mine, nice and strong.

Has anyone tried reiki for their fibro pain? And if so, how many treatments did it take to feel a difference?

When i used to go to the Chiropractor they would use this ,, i really liked it ,, now i see they have ones you can use at home ,, has anyone tried for lower back pain or any other localized pain ?

The pain originally started out with sharp, quick pains around my temples and above my forehead. It has now gone to where I am having sharp pains that come and go, along/in my spine. My neck is a bit sore, but its more of a pressure than a pain. Brain fog has been horrible as has my memory and balance. Does this sound like anything, anyone has dealt with? Normal fibro, or something else?

Its in my spine and mid back into my ribs. At times it feels as tho someone is sitting on my ribs. Its getting worst and usually is towards the evening. I figure i have done to much so i lay down then i fall asleep and sleep all day up all night with same pain. So its not rest. Its driving me insane. Makes me tired cuz it hurts so bad
