Had fibro over the last 5 years and never had any issues and then very recently having problems with severe constipation. I drink plenty of water, eat fruit and veg and walk everyday with my dogs.

I have a lot of trouble sleeping. At first I would sleep but still wake up exhausted. Now falling asleep and staying asleep seem to be more the issue. Does anyone have issues with IBS D and low back pain? What helps?

As anybody had the Isbo test? It's a test on your small in intesting.

They test you to see if you have got bad bacteria in your small intesting.
And food ilergies.
When I was looking up information it said that people who suffer with IBS qualify for the test.
I was just questioning if anyone with fybromayalgia and IBS as has this and what was the outcome.
