I have an Iphone and was using Pro Health tracking appt. It seems the appt is outdated. Could not print out notes so I went to the app store to see if I could delete then add. It is nowhere in the appt. So of the many appts out there, which one do you recommend? Which one works for You? I need one that I can print out for appointments.

Not sure if anyone has heard of or used this app. Its amazing! It allows you to input all your meds, pain tracking even the location of your pain on your body. It also generates a report you can send to your doctor via email or print. Its like $5 on the app store. My doctor was very impressed and said she would offer it to her patients. If you havent heard of it definitely check it out.
