So I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this. Two days ago I had crippling pain in both legs from my hips to my toes for roughly 15 hours of my day. Was pretty much limited to the couch the entire time since walking was a painful nightmare. That level of pain was new to me. Anyone ever have anything like that?
Fed up of constant pain some days are much worse than others do too much one day pay the price next day
I have always had trouble sleeping. ALWAYS. Today I slept 20 hours.
I literally stayed in bed for 3 days sleeping only getting up to use the restroom. I didn't watch TV, get on Facebook, answer my phone, or eat. I can really just sleep endlessly.
I went to the doctor and she checked for vertigo but was unsure. Now I have to see ENT doctor and can't get in unti late January. Everything I have read on many FM sights make it sound like this is part of it but my doctor says it isn't.
Blessings
I've been having problems for about 3 months now like there is a tickle in my throat. I have to cough. It's almost like I swallow and my drink goes down the wrong pipe but not that bad. It happens when I'm not drinking or eating but really bad when I take a drink also. And lately I've been noticing my breathing is a little heavier or I'm struggling more. I feel like I have bronchitis for a few minutes then it goes away. I can be sitting and it happens. Anyone experience these things?
wow! I am having this now and was going to ask about it.
My husband and myself are constantly fighting. Anything i say about my pain, my fibro, my osteoarthritis, and thing havibg to do with my health i feel like it just gets dismissed cuz his pain is always worse than mine. When i have down days, which is like every other day these days, he says its just me being lazy and i can do things i am choosing not to. This upsets me beyond belief. How can i save my marriage? I love this man he really is a great man, he just doesn't understand this and he… read more

Hello all! I am newly diagnosed with fibromyalgia and I'm feeling wildly overwhelmed. Does anyone have any advice, favorite books, favorite cookbooks, suggestions on where I should start? The whole thing currently feels daunting and I'm a little at a loss of where to start or look.
Thank you in advance!
If you have experienced trauma, I think The Body Keeps Score, is a good book
I've noticed recently (over last few months) I have been getting really these coughing spells. I don't smoke. No asthma. I do have a history of chronic bronchitis. (They say that's common among Fibro Patients.) But I'm not having any other symptoms. Anyway, the other night my husband told me I had I violent attack in my sleep. I don't recall anything, but he says he woke me up and asked if I was okay and told me to get a drink of water (I always keep a glass on my bedside table.) I apparently… read more
