I've been getting Tinnitus really bad lately. I can manage ok during the day but at night it either keeps me awake or wakes me up. It's not so much a ringing but a snapping sound, like when you put 2 electric cables together. What do you do to help?
I have had tinnitus for about 20 years and have grown to be able to ignore it. Mine is buzzing like a radio off the station. The only treatment I have ever heard of is an operation.
