My Sleep Study Shows That Even With A CPAP I Get 0 Time In Stage 4 Sleep And Only 1.7 In Stage 3.
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have Cental sleep apnea and spend 0 hours per night in stage 4 sleep even using a CPAP. I only get 1.7 percent of stage 3 sleep. My doctors are stumped as to answers or where to send me.

Melatonin. HOWEVER, start with a small dose (Trader Joes has 3 mcg chewables). I take 1/2 to 1 and that helps a lot. Pillows under my legs/knees and a cervical pillow are a must for me.

Hi Guys, Has Anybody Tried Pre-gabalin (lyrica)
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have just started taking pre-gabalin, second week, and slowly building up the dose age, I was wondering how others have managed with it. I've tried gabapentin for the last 12mths up to the maximum dose but the usefulness was short lived.

Temperature Regulation Part Of Fibromyalgia Or Something Else??
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I am usually very warm or sweaty and this can be any time of the day. I always said it was just part of menopause 🤔🤔
But I'm curious if it is something more, because I can be burning up but if you touch my skin I'm ice cold 🥶🥶
Fibro or menopause or something else????

I have horrible temp reg. I spend a lot of time rugged up from either the waist down or shoulders down with a fan blasting my face with cool air. It's quite funny to see. Gotta love fibro.

Yes! I told my husband it reminds me of when you spray Lysol and it makes that weird tickle in the back of your throat! I'm not alone!

Tips For Navigating This Site
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

In conversations on this site I've seen some great navigation tips. Could we add the things we've discovered here so everyone can learn from each other?

For example search for the Q&A titled "Questions& Answer Links Tip" (which is a did-you-know about clicking the Q&A tab on the menu vs. the Q&A tab under your profile.)

My ex: when you have a question to ask, it seems you'll get many more answers by posting it on the Q&A board than by just posting it on your profile page.

It's common after covid, so not necessarily caused by fibromyalgia.
