I didn't want to take due to bipolar could flare up but I'm desparate. Even my neuron tin is not helping. It feels like my body is attacking itself. Horrible. Does Anything take pain away and I can keep some abilities?

My neurologist wants to put me on Lyrica but i have heard pretty nasty things about it, and i dont want to gain wait. Im on tramadol now and have been on it for over a year so was looking into maybe taking the lyrica for my fibromyalgia pain instead of the tramadol. Does anyone have any good or bad experiences with lyrica that could share their opinion? I heard its got terrible withdrawl like a benzodiazepine.

I was just put on both of these medicines for fibro, osteoarthritis, and chronic pain. I take pain meds along with a pain pump for my hips.

I'm just looking for some of your experiences with Gabapentin and Lyrica? I'm only taking Gabapentin, and on a good day, I need at least 5 x 300 mg for my pain. My max is 8... that seems like alot to me, but my Dr says it's okay. And that won't even really help with all my symptoms sometimes, it doesn't help with the sensory overload symptoms :( Plus I'm gaining weight, and fast... If anyone has any useful info for me?? Thanks!

Has anyone noticed a dip in their metabolism? I seem to be gaining weight for no reason. :(

I have been on Lyrica for 4 months & have put on 10lbs and started itching all over 2 months ago if I forget one of 2 pills during day. I want to get off of Lyrica and have heard of Savelle. Has anyone used Savelle? What side effects did you have. Did it help with muscle / joint pain?

Iv had the daith piercing for nearly a year and my headaches/migraines have stopped completely but my fibro is still the same as before.. I don’t take any medication for my fibro as it was making me worse, no harm in trying the daith. What may work for some doesn’t for others..
