I have used Allegra for 2 days now and it’s been amazing. Tingling is usually a precursor to fares for me so I’m pretty excited!
I read Allegra is also used for skin conditions and itching. Perhaps that’s why it stops the tingling???
Bennedryl is my antihistamine of choice. My allergy test was negative so I call them fibrogies. Plus an autoimmune disease. It’s still a histamine imbalance ‘allergic’ or not.
I’m not sure if it’s neuromuscular or something else. I don’t think it’s anything to do with my mouth( dental work). God bless all u warriors!
It’s a lightning bolt plus throbbing pain too. I don’t think it’s diabetic nerve pain. Think it’s something else. God bless

I have discovered that I am allergic to grains of they make me feel yucky! I have also developed the horrid side effect to amitriptyline that it is causing near migraine level headaches that to away taking benedryl. Pop corn breaks me out in a rash from head to toe and now rice. I have celiac disease which make gluten a huge no no but now it is most of my meds and all grain as well as anything that contains alcohol! Ugh makes me glad to have a Naturopathic Medicine Doctor who listens to me!

Try benidryl allergy medicatication over the counter.
NOTE: my copper overload is NOT due to Wilson's Disease. If it were i'd be dead long ago - said doctor who diagnosed me, aged 59. The only chelating agent i could tolerate is zinc. Molybdenum caused extreme negative reaction. L-Methionine also caused intolerable side-effects. Since that doctor retired i can't find anyone to check my copper levels but still take 44mg zinc picolinate daily even though i do not know whether my copper level is now nornal/ high or too low. I got my “Shingrex shot” as my Dad had it bad, Any sort of trauma mental, physical, spiritual, accident, viral infection, divorce can cause Fibromyalgia.
