Try not to overly lock your joints. For example, when standing try not to lock ur knees back as it adds to the pain over time. Its being aware that your joints go further than they should so try not… read more
Every morning for the past week or two I've been waking up with thumb pain so intense that it makes me yell/scream when I move it. It's only on my right hand and it gets a bit better during the day, so I must be doing something to it in my sleep, idk what. I wear wrist braces at night for my carpal tunnel syndrome, but they aren't made specifically for thumb support (my thumb brace doesn't provide adequate wrist support, I've tried both together but it doesn't seem to help). Does anyone know… read more
Hi everyone.
So my mother also has fibromylagia and lately she's been having a strange feeling on her head. She says it feels empty and it seems she has a hole on the top of her head and feel dizzy. She also has chronic anxiety and depression.
Anyone with this problem?
Thanks
Could be what is call “brain fog” with fibro. when you feel like a hole in head or emptiness.
Does anyone else's nails feel soft and curve over?
no. just had blood tests done and waiting to see if there is a deficiency 🤔
Does anyone else get a sharp pain above their left eye where it stops you from opening it because its so painful?
Base of skull right thru my right eye, then spreads to left eye and I can’t really focus out of either. Just lie there, breathing and existing thru the pounding

Hi everyone
I am currently using 10mg of Trepiline and 40mg of Ranflocs(Fluoxetine).
I am exhausted the whole time. I am constantly yawning. The exhaustion and yawning is interfering with my work. It is extremely difficult for me to give my lessons to the 51 kids I have in my class if I keep yawning.
Does anyone else using this treatment experience the same exhaustion? Does anyone maybe have any suggestions on how to feel a bit better?
I yawn alot with fluoxetine.
Hi everyone,
Before I had Fibromyalgia, I used to love biking and cycling around, just the freedom and the wind through your hair. I want to try and have a go, but I'm aware I will possibly flare up but was going to take it baby step at a time. But I was wondering whether anyone here has taken up cycling and how you managed alongside fibromyalgia.
Thank you
Soft hugs to you all xx
I loved cycling too and took long rides, did triathlons and would go out riding and try to get lost just for fun. It really did feed my soul. Can't imagine that now! But I miss it dearly and have… read more
