Yep, I can feel a constant internal tremor (not visible) my arm sometimes jumps from muscle spasms!

Hi Annette78 Yes Ive had that but I wouldn't say violent just feel Shakey all over and weak. Like Docgrunge, I experience some type of shock or tremor through inside my body.
