Do weighted blankets help with the restless leg syndrome side of fibromyalgia? Has anyone here tried one, and if so which brand is best?

I've been finding my restless legs getting worse. The sensation is mainly under my knees. It feels like they're on fire but also pins and needles, and the nerves just build until I have to shake my legs. If I don't, the pressure just keeps building till its unbearable, but if I do shake my legs, the whole thing just resets and keeps building up again.

So lately I’ve been experiencing headaches for the last 3 weeks. I’ve also noticed my neck, shoulder and arms are in pain. Even my TMJ is bad with my jaw being very tender and I find myself clenching. None of that is new for the exception of these new sensations on my face. Hi, Technically this is 2 questions but they are interlinked so I thought I'd ask them together x

I am already on P.I.P because of my Disc Degeneration, but now I've been diagnosed with FM as well, should I try to get my award updated or leave it till my review next year. (I don't want to end up losing what I already have)

Part 2 Has FM been classified yet in the UK as a long term disability? I know it has in America and Northern Ireland but not sure about here.

Im going on day 7 of this stupid headache, some getting real close to migraine worthy. So today Im going to get my daith pierced and see if it helps. Do any of you have it? Did it help?
