My experience with Gabapentin isn’t a good one. To cut a very long story short it made my pain worse as well as other awful side effects and tapering off it was a nightmare. I am now 31/2 months off it and still have a long way to go to be over the withdrawal symptoms. Some people find it very good, everyone reacts differently to medications. All the best.

I have tried it for2 weeks while I halved endep - but the pain and burning in legs was worse- I think because I halved the endep. So back on endep and stopped Gabapanten. Was hoping it would work so bit disappointed.

Currently on Gabapentin. It's effective to a point, for me. It doesn't stop my pain but when I stopped taking it for a while, I hurt so bad I couldn't not function. But I also have a lot of nerve pain and nerve damage. I don't know if that makes a difference.
