Some days I have to use a cane, some days I have to use my rollator/walker. Some days I can use the shopping cart to hold me up but that's for a very short trip because I can't do a lot of walking. Out of those, I prefer the rollator/walker. Whenever I need to sit down and catch my breath I have a seat right there. I can set stuff on the seat if I need to. I usually have a bag attached for any personal items that I might carry to the store.
I use crutches for short walk (around the house) outside I use a 4 wheeled walker that is my angel. When I go to tesco I often borrow there mobility scooters bc they have the baskets attached. (Tesco or big supermarket are way too far for me to walk). Other shops have them out back, you just have to ask.
Sally is right. They help a bit. I use leg compression sleeves, as my toes cramp up with the socks. Buttons & Pleats is a good brand you can sometimes get on Amazon. I've never tried the arm sleeves. You have to have a fair amount of arm strength to get them off however. As far as shopping goes, the shopping cart is the best mobility device I've ever used.
support socks and arm. Helps circulation.
