With the hot weather it's even the worse clothing to have on all day. I have big breast so can't go out without them 🤗🤗. I strip mine off as I step into the house😃😃😃
LOL...I never really noticed an irritation with my undergarments. Usually when I am experiencing a flare-up EVERYTHING irritates me but because I usually feel it more in my extremities. But I guess… read more

I found this information about fibromyalgia and bra pain....

I dont wear bras anymore and I am large breasted. I dont care. It all hurt too much. I do wear one if I am dressing up for something but other than that, it's a no go.
Some days all clothes are uncomfortable to me. My favorite thing to wear is a long dress with a built in bra.
I go braless, sometimes even in public if I have two shirts on.
Is anyone aware of a type of bra that isn't painful to wear?

Ok ladies, this is one for you. Does anyone have tips about wearing bras or certain types of bras that make them less painful? I've got the most comfotable bra i could get with padded straps and everything but i still find they pull on my shoulders and trigger pain. It also squeezes my ribs and makes it feel like my chest is going to explode! I try to wear it as loose as i can but it can still be excrutiating. So does anyone have any magical wisdom on this subject?
Thanks
