Dead Weight
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I wake with my hips, legs and feet feeling like a dead weight. I use my bedside table to turn my body to get up in the morning. After 15 .minutes walking this dead weight lifts. Does anyone else experience this?

I normally feel very stiff in the morning. In the hours leading up to when I get up, I have to continually turn over to get relief. Lately I've just started taking a higher dose of magnesium malate (before bed) and ALA in the morning and I have been able to cease my usual paracetamol that I was taking to get me through the night. I'm less stiff than I was, so it must be helping.

I do feel different when the sun goes down. Also, if it's humid my leges feel heavy or swollen but they are not. Life is better with 🌞
