Has anyone found that drinking aloe vera juice helped alleviate their fibromyalgia symptoms? Have you considered or tried this? If so, what was your experience like?
If you love it, drink it. It's an acquired taste. I love it, nice and cold. I don't buy it much, but when my husband was alive, he bought it and really enjoyed it. I did not giggle, just gave you… read more
My doctor of 15 yrs just retired. I went to a neurologist yesterday, but was woefully disappointed and downright mad. For $200 he talked to me about 5 minutes and wrote a script for Imitrex, without refills, stating that I needed to return every month and he couldn't prescribe pain meds or antidepressants. WHAT?!?! Can anybody recommend a good doctor that will deal with depression, migraines and pain?
I don't like the 2 hr dr 1 way , but the quality of care from the Dr's make me happy that I went each time I leave for the return trip home .
The ones I have are
Joint pain/stiffness
Muscle pain/tightness
Neck pain
Tender to the touch
Fatigue
Lack of bladder control
Fibro fog (memory and focus issues)
Tmj
Numbness and tingling
Nerve pain
Depression
Running out of meds is very scary. Hope you got them!
I take Savella 100mg 2x day..and it a good med,but every person is different. Good luck & god bless you.

Hit me with all of them.
Old- new
Finished series or canceled one. Any genre too!
Only loose rule I have is if you happen to know where it is , try and list that too.
So many streaming services and they all now make original shows and movies.
But it's a loose rule, I won't get out ruler and swat your hands or anything if you don't.
Ready, set, go!
That's why its best to start with wrenches, you gotta work up to the ball.
You are right when you say "I know that "fibromyalgia" is just a label that doctors give to patients that they cannot or do not want to help". What you missed is that there is a real condition of Fibromyalgia except practically no one gets it right not even doctors. I've heard said there are 200 symptoms of Fibromyalgia and sure once you have a word that names something that you can't diagnose, that word can be used as an answer for a plethora of those ailments that there are no definitive tests… read more
I am definitely willing to listen and would like you to explain how it can be cured please. I would greatly appreciate it
I don't have a bath tub, or I would take Epsom salt baths. So I take it orally in the pm. It doesn't usually bother me.

Restore Movement
If you are sick with an infection or cold/flu it is best to back off and rest. Again listen to your body it knows best. Use the daily planner to tick off each day you do your daily movement.
Journal
Try to journal one great thing you did each day and one thing you really want to achieve tomorrow. This is a great way to keep you proactive even on the bad days. Focus on what you CAN do not what you can’t do.
Bed Time
Aim to get to bed by 9:30-10:30 pm.… read more
