I started pregabalin years ago and for me it was a game changer. I had no negative side effects, my pain and other symptoms improved and my general anxiety lessened. When I was also put on duloxetine (which is often used with pregabalin for fibro), that was when my pain lessened tremendously. I remember what my pain was like before these medications and I dont want to go back to that life.

So sorry you're having a hard time. I can relate. I have to work full time and have 2 boys to raise. Ever since the pandemic started I was in a constant unending flare up with all the symptoms you could think of.

So just wanted to share something that's been working for me. Because believe me I have tried A LOT of meds/alternatives for pain and other fibromyalgia symptom and nothing ever really works well enough to use as a daily regimen.

Nuero-Mag [magnesium L-Threonate)
B-12 sublingual drops
BCAAs (branched chained amino acids) powder

You can find all 3 on amazon. I started taking them at the suggestion of my neighbor who's been an RN for over 20 years. She has seen what works and doesn't for fibromyalgia patients.

3 days after taking it I started noticing the brain fog lift. By day 7 the pain was down from 7-8 to 3-4. Then the fatigue went away, the pain kept lowering, the insomnia got a bit better. And by 2nd week i felt a lot more like my old self.

If you're interested I can give you more specifics & the routine of taking them that's been working for me. Take care!!
