Looking For A Gentle Exercise App
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I'm looking for an exercise app that is gentle and slow. I don't have the energy to do a power workout and I will end up in pain if it's too intense. I like the 7 minute workouts because I have confidence that I can be moving for 10 min. (that includes a warm up and cool down). I was using the Johnson & Johnson 7 minute workout. It has a very good beginning level that's not strenuous on my body, except for that it involved a lot of push-up sort of things and when I went to the massage… read more

Hi. In winter I use my Cubii an elliptical with just the pedals, you set the resistant level you are comfortable with and put it in front of you, whether you sit on a chair or couch and you pedal. It tells you your steps, how many calories you burn, and I lift 2 pound weights for my arm muscles while doing my Cubii. I had really weak leg muscles and I was falling and had to be admitted to the hospital twice, once for 9 weeks and 5 weeks. I now have strong leg muscles and no more visits to the hospital. I love it, summer I go outside and walk. The Cubii costs around $350.00 Canadian, but, it is worth the money.❤️🤗

Qi Gong on YouTube. It’s milder than Tai chi. Even so, I’m only able to do just a few of the poses. And stretching, but just a few, and hold for five seconds. But it’s amazing how that little bit keeps me limber. I also walk some. If I overdo it, I will flareup. Good luck💗
