Weird Symptom Feeling Extremely Restless
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Not talking about restless leg syndrome (which I have too). I truly over did it yesterday plus coming out of depression from stressful situations. HAS anyone else had symptom of unable to sit still even though in pain and fatigued? Finding it SO hard to relax!!! Feels so weird! Had anyone else had this? I'm So tired of Suffering 😢. Thanks everyone ❣️. L

Too often unfortunately 😕
It's frustrating. I take muscle relaxants when I get like this.

Nighy time is the worst. Usually because brain wont switch off so you have to do things to distracy yourself from thinking even though you feel exhausted. Its a vicious cycle x
