I don't think it is working for me, but I could possibly have worst pain if I stop taking it, so it's hard to tell...

I am on 400 mg every nite. But when I am bad I take 1 in the morning as well. The thing is you have to be on the right dose. 6 years ago when I was 1st put on gabapentin , they had me on 300 mg 3 times a day. It caused alot of mood swings and made me feel like I was losing it. I got off it. But now I've been on it for 4 years. So must be right dosage. It has helped me alot. A little weight gain like 10lbs that I can't get rid of. But holding steady with this weight. Hope you feel better
