Sweating

Yes, I am sweaty under my arms most of the time (have to use a lot of deodorant). Even the smallest activity (dusting shelves or taking a short walk) will make me sweat and feel like I need a change of clothes. Only when I'm totally relaxed and the heat in the room is just right, do I cease sweating. Stress is a huge trigger too. A hot drink means I need to remove my sweater, then put it back on when I cool down again. Temperature control in the body is out of whack.

Yes, so true. I hate it when I sweat even when everything is going well. But I'm doing too many things at once. Plus I'm waiting for a hearing about my grandson's custody. I filed it against his mom. She decided she no longer wanted him back in June.
I'm going to try and go back to sleep. Have a very Merry Christmas 🎅 🎄 and all the best for the New Year!❤😀

Yes,my feet also get hot. At night I sleep with no socks and I don't put the blanket over them at all.
When I sweat it runs down my arms like a shower and sometimes my legs. All over my body.
I had a hysterectomy back in 1998 a full one. I never took anything for hormones. I had a cousin that was taped at 13 and they have her hormones after a partial hysterectomy. My Dad told me not to go on them. He felt they were bad for the body and could become cancerous. This was years before they found out some did. After I had my surgery I found out that my flaloppian tube was torn in pieces and was rotting. My periods were so smelly and I was in herrendous pain. I actually asked my doctor to recommend one...when he found what the results were he was glad that I pushed on this.
I never went through menopause. So when I started doing this crazy sweating...the doctor just thought I was in menopause! I said no because it's when I have any fibro issues then it starts. It's crazy 🤣 Thanks for asking. Hugs.🤗
