How normal is it for your entire body to spasm at the same ? So like every single muscle in your body including the very internal ones all go all at once and then they just keep doing it over and over again? It lasted about 30 mins ? I'm wondering if it's part of fibro or should I be worries about something else ???

I know you’ve posted you’re going to call the doctor tomorrow. Yes, I think the doctor should know. In the mean time, do you have a muscle relaxer? I would take one, if you do, before you go to bed to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Let us know what happens wit the doctor.
Gentle hugs, smiles and love.

I've not had that happen - yet. I think that I would talk to your doctor about that issue as it could be something completely different to fibro.

I think your Dr. definitely needs to know this.

This is something I experience from time to time, when my stress levels reach the max. There isn't much one can do about it except ride it out, cry, breath and hold on tight, it doesn't last too long. I once had it for a few days. It was agony but I got through it. For me, the most important thing is my mindset and to remember that it will pass. Goodluck to you x

VeraBalogh, I shall definitely be contacting my doctor and asking if that's something I can look into , there was no break between spasms for me unfortunately and there isn't when it happens , as soon as one ends another one starts so it's almost like my muscles are seizing rather than spasming , i imagine that's what an epileptic fit feels like , after it happens I sleep for a solid 12 hours
