Pain is my shadow, as soon as wake up and during night as well. Can't have a good sleep, always move in the bed to find the posture to feel less pain. Fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis and chronic pain had changed my life.

Pain is always there somewhere. Any physical activity causes an increase, sometimes for days. The fatigue is debilitating too. Overall mornings I’m stiff, hurting, tired and very emotional. Some days this is all day, most days it takes several hours, a nap and a second dose of meds before I get going. I might accomplish a few things over the next few hours before I’m wiped out and hurting.

Thsnk you to ally fibro sisters who took the time to answer my question. I think I didn't make it clear that I do have constant pain, day and night. I'm sure you all can relate to waking up in pain too. I find it gets worse over the hours I'm up. Can't sleep anyway.

I , like Margi, have constant pain that fluctuates with activity but nothing like you’re describing. Good luck on your search.
