Any tips to stop brain fog in its tracks? I have had a period of very intense anxiety attacks and panic attacks for the last several days. Now today I'm stuck with total brain fog and lightheadedness. It's like I'm walking around in a dream. I can't piece my thoughts together and think straight. Also my head hurts. All I can seem to manage to do is lay down and sleep. It's a horrifying feeling and I just want to feel normal again. Any advice?
Look into depersonalization/ de realization. Intense stress, anxiety and panic attack might bring it on. Scary experience. It should resolve with time, try to relax, meditate, relieve stress mental and philosophical as much as you can.
activated charcoal i find works well, it removes toxins from your body and clears your mind, takes me out of a fog in 20 minutes

If too many awful things are going on or silly things as a transaction on bank card gone wrong to family drama, I cannot take it all in and I crash. then I have bad brain fog and panic attacks.
