I've had them every day for the last 14 years. I just take ibuprofen. I tried several things but haven't had my own relief. Feel better and good luck! An old trick my aunt who had fibro and suffered migraines taught me was when you were getting one, eat something with protein and drink high caffeine like an energy drink or mountain dew. It can help kick the headache.

Yes, I have a lot of headaches. Medications work different in individuals, so I just take extra strength Tylenol. They do not go away, but they are manageable for me. Sleeping when I am tired helps. If it is possible for you, try that. Some Neurologists have medications that you can try. I will be praying for you to feel better.
