Does anyone have terrible tailbone pain? I never see it listed as a symptom, but curious if it could be. TIA.
Spent an entire summer with tailbone pain before I realized that all I needed to do was some foam rolling exercises. Start with the softest foam roller, one that is squishy to the touch, and advance to harder foam rollers over time. Also invest in a coccyx pillow for sitting until the region calms down.

Yes i do. When i was in high school doing sit ups in gym one day i couldn't get up. They had to get er team take me to hospital. Said i put tailbone out. Its never been the same. Hurts all time
