No Pain But Shivering
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I tried a new cushion last night to help with my hip pain and electric blanket. For the first time in ages I've not had terrible pain just a bit of stiffness, it feels really odd! But instead I just can't stop shivering when everyone at work is in shirts and t shirt. Could be my under active thyroid but does anyone else experience this?

Thanks for your replies, I got my cushion from Amazon and it's shaped like a semi circle so you can lie down with it under your knees or between your knees if you sleep on your side.
I've got blood tests tomorrow and my thyroid levels were high last year but GPs don't change the dosage of Levothyroxine unless it's it's over 5.
My aches have come back now, ah well ☺️

yes.....I am addicted to my electric blanket. It seems to 'iron or melt out' my aches and pains

Yes I get that but I can't tolerate heat and humidity either.
My temp always runs low like 97.6
