Has anyone had positive results from an exercise routine? If so, what types of exercises do you find helpful? How much do you exercise when you're in a flare? Thanks in advance!

I’m tired of seeing, just start using weights for better health! too vague. And then I feel like a truck hit me after doing a simple 60 minute yoga session with ppl who are my moms age or older. AURGH!

I do chair yoga and it really help me I take my time don't do all the exercises and I also tried to go a short walk couple time a week

Anyone ever tried yoga to help withe the pain etc? I've just started and obviously it's painful but as is any new exercise you take up.
