I'm taking some supplements lately and was wondering about one of them. Potassium Gluconate. From what I've read and understand Potassium might be better for the issues we have instead of adding Gluconate to it. I'm trying to save some money right now since i recently lost my health insurance and I'm trying to cut some meds out that i don't particularly need at the moment. What are your thoughts on it?
Hi. I take magnesium, probiotics, omegas, but B12,vitE, viitD3,coQ10,multivitamin and biotin as I’ve been having skin and nail issues plus numerous meds. Seem to keep me putting one foot in front of the other🌷
I take magnesium/potassium complex. Both are good for easing muscle cramps, but it is possible to get too much potassium. Ask your doctor to check your potassium levels so you don'tget too much. Magnesium doesn't store up in you like potassium, but magnesium is used to relax our muscles, whereas calcium is used to retract our muscles. Magnesium is very important to fight FMS.
I take B, D,A, Lysine 1000 am and 500 AFN and take multivitamins in am.
As for potassium can get in foods instead of taking a pill. Also vitamin C
I use a weighted blanket and do. Chair yoga and chair zumba as well.
A, b1,b2,b5,b6,b7,b9,b12, c,d,e, coq10, iron bisglycinate, calcium bisglycinate, magnesium bisglycinate, zinc bisglycinate, copper bisglycinate, manganese bisglycinate, potassium glycinate, omega all in one, raspberry ketones, coconut oil caps, aloe Vera caps, taurine, and 14 mushroom complex
magnesium is recommended by many doctors over potassium as potassium can raise chloresterol
