get it bi polar on occasion usually early morning along with cramps in the legs i just have to force to stretch my legs out in the bed and then try to relax and give it half an hour or so to settle a bit. It can be horrid at times though especially when I have to get up and take the kids to school as I don't get the half an hour to cope with it

my hands are itching a lot today especially in between the fingers and the tips

My shins burn , my arms in different areas. My thighs , back , butt, even my face and head. Its not nice at all and keeps you up at night when it seems to get worse then fir me xxxx
