I Find That The Heat And Cold Can Affect Your Flare-ups Especially When It's Cold But Does Anyone Find That Heat Helps????
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question πŸ’

For instance when I used to go away for a holiday in Spain I was literally pain-free for two weeks yet as soon as I come back home I'm in constant flare-ups I even find going on a dubbed for 5/10 minutes helped my pain but I can't live in a sunbed or abroad I would love too but can't does anyone else find this?????

Your body will react to any extreme changes. You must keep your body in the spring time temperatures at all times or expect a flare up.
