A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Does anyone have hand pain that seems to start out of nowhere? Mine will start in a finger and spread to a couple other fingers. They feel swollen, but aren’t. They become somewhat stiff. Yes I do. I have a wrist/hand brace that I use whenever I need to. It can happen in either hand, but for me its usually in my dominant hand. I feel the pain mostly in the back of my hand and wrist.

That sounds like either carpul tunnel syndrome or
possibly peripheral/small fiber neuropathy.

If you Google them you'll find a lot of information plus there are resources on this site.

They're treatable and testable. A GP can guide you.

Good luck 💗
