Has Anyone Tried Laser Therapy For Chronic Pain?

I have chronic pain due to osteoarthritis, polymyalgia rheumatica, fibromyalgia, ME/CFS and possibly ankylosing spondylitis. For the last two weeks, I have been trying laser therapy for the osteoarthritis in my neck since that is where most of my pain is, I have lost a lot of range of movement in my neck & have regular migraine headaches, so I thought I would try laser therapy

Thank you, I hope it does too, the neck pain is the worst pain, followed by the back/fibro
