I had my last child after I my fibro became active. I too worried about how it would change my pregnancy but there were few problems. I did have some spotting in the first trimester but apparently that isn't uncommon. My son was my biggest baby. He is grown now and very healthy. He was my fourth child so things were sometimes difficult when he was small but we got through it just fine.
