Injured my back while cleaning. Never could finish physio. Starting treatment again. Because of Fibro and Rheumatoid Arthritis and a lot of injuries... It's difficult to get going even more and get the right advice and right exercises for my back.
Start by walking 10 minutes a day and gradually increase distance and time, then light strengthening for the back. I have the same issue. Exercise seems scary but is good for you.
I swear by stretching I have a number of exercises that work for me and it helps keeps the pain to a minimum.
Light Yoga stretches and gentle walking if you can.
Movement is life
Its not easy for us
But so worth to try.
