With the colder weather coming up and holidays and the pandemic I wanted to post this article about a free downloadable app. 1 in 4 of us struggle with mental health and this app was made by a teen struggling with her mental health. There's a video that explains her struggle and her development of this app with her brother in the link below.

So nice to see help that is free. It is a huge issue here and the help offered comes at a price that many with mental health issues just can not afford it.

I think younger people need this type of app to help them with the depression I have struggled with depression and have finally gotten to the point that I am ok with my life. It has taken many years and lots of medication and talking with professionals. Hope everyone that feels that they need help gets is. Suicide is a very permanent solutoion to a problem that comes and goes. Take care stay healthy and remember we are here for you. Faye
